Finished with high rep ab wheel, a good finisher to practice staying tight for longer periods of time while engaging multiple muscle groups. There are many different ways to do these, but key focuses should always be maintaining an extremely strong and stable posterior chain and core through the entire movement. The concentric movement can be driven primarily through upper or lower body depending on your individual focus.
